The J.P. Morgan Payments Platform offers the following APIs to manage your merchants and their transactions.
Merchant Boarding
Allows you to automatically board merchants onto J.P. Morgan Payments Platform.
- Supports end-to-end integration of the information flow from a sales opportunity through to merchant sign-up to use gateway services, to boarding a merchant to use J.P. Morgan Payments Platform, to integration of common data with billing systems.

Merchant Organization
Allows you to programmatically create, update, retrieve, and delete merchant organizations (a grouping of merchant profiles) on the J.P. Morgan Payments Platform.
- Supports grouping of merchant profiles to meet the operational and reporting needs of your business.
- Supports integration with your existing business applications where merchant profile data is available, for example, Customer Relationship Management or Sales management tools.

reportingAPI
Allows you to download event, demographic, and transaction data as formatted reports from the J.P. Morgan Payments Platform.
- Provides password-authenticated access to reports.
- Returns reporting data in csv format for easy manipulation.
- Provides supporting data for your analysis and billing requirements.
Chargeback
Allows you to record chargeback transactions depending on the match action that you provide in the Record Chargeback request. You may choose to record each chargeback transaction against the originating order for a matching merchant gateway profile, or create a new order with a standalone chargeback transaction.
- Updates the order status to indicate that a chargeback record exists against the order.
- Enables searching and viewing of chargeback transactions in merchantUI and Merchant Manager.
- Allows download of chargeback transactions in the CSV report downloads.
